Not every client needs everything at once, and we help you prioritize what actually matters for your business right now.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Some services are offered as one-time projects, while others are ongoing. Coaching is a three-month commitment. We’re transparent about expectations upfront so there are no surprises.

Do I need hosting? Can I skip it?
Hosting is required — there’s no way around it. Hosting is what allows your website to exist online and be accessible to visitors. Without hosting, there is no live website.

What platform do you build custom websites on?
We build websites on WordPress — the most flexible, scalable platform for small businesses that need growth, flexibility, and ownership. WordPress gives you full control over your content and future tools without platform lock-in.
Do you use a page builder?
Yes! We build with Divi, one of the most user-friendly design tools for WordPress. Divi lets us craft beautiful, custom pages while keeping edits intuitive on your side — drag, click, and change text or images without needing code.

What comes in a Barketing Unleashed template?
Our templates are WordPress + Divi setups tailored for dog businesses, pre-built with essential pages, brand-ready colors, integrable forms, and comfortable layouts — so your business looks pro without months of development time.
How fast can it go live?
Once we’ve set up your hosting and you send your content, most templates can be live in about 3–7 business days.
Are template websites limited forever?
Not at all. Template sites are fully built on WordPress + Divi, which means they are expandable. You can add pages, features, and functionality at any time.
Additional pages are added at the standard per-page price.
What website packages do you offer for custom websites?
We offer three custom website packages so you can choose the level that fits your business right now:
Paw Print Package – up to 8 pages
Bone Wag Package – up to 12 pages
Tail Wagger Package – up to 15 pages
Pages include your homepage, interior pages, and any contract or form pages. If a page exists, it counts toward the total.
What if I need more pages than my package includes?
No problem. You’re never capped.

Yes. After launch, additional pages are handled through a project request. This allows us to scope the work properly, price it clearly, and schedule it efficiently without disrupting your live site.

Each website includes two structured revision rounds:

How do I get help if something isn’t working or I have a question?
We use a support ticket system to keep requests organized and handled efficiently. This allows our team to track your request, respond clearly, and resolve issues without things getting lost in email threads or texts.

Do you provide training or tutorials?
Yes. Every client gets access to our resource library, which includes step-by-step how-to videos and written guides. These walk you through common updates like editing text, swapping images, adding blog posts, and managing forms — at your own pace.

Is ongoing support provided?
Ongoing support is optional, but highly recommended. Websites need occasional updates, maintenance, and adjustments over time. Whether you use our support system, VA hours, or a combination of both, we make sure you have a clear path forward that fits your comfort level.
Will I still be supported even if I built my site on a template?
Yes. Template and custom website clients both receive access to our support system and educational resources. The level of customization may differ, but support does not.

What happens if my site breaks or is compromised?
We maintain rolling backups for up to three days. Restoration beyond that window, or issues caused by third-party changes, are billable unless the issue was caused directly by us.
Do you handle email setup?
Email setup, migration, or troubleshooting is not included. DNS-related updates for website functionality are included, but email issues beyond that are billed at the IT hourly rate.
Can I come back later for updates or changes?
Absolutely.

What happens if hosting or renewals aren’t paid?
Failure to pay hosting, SSL, or domain renewal invoices may result in the site being taken offline. Reinstatement requires payment of all past-due balances plus a $250 restoration fee.

Who owns my domain?
You do. Always.
Your domain name is your property, regardless of whether it’s purchased through us or transferred to our system for management. Barketing Unleashed never takes ownership of client domains.

What is Barketing’s role with my domain?
If your domain is registered or managed through us, Barketing Unleashed acts solely as a technical administrator. That means we handle things like:
DNS configuration for your website
Connecting your domain to hosting
Managing SSL and renewals (when applicable)

Legal ownership remains with you at all times.
What if I already own my domain?
If you already own a domain, we’ll build your website on a temporary domain until final approval. Once the site is approved, you’ll either:
Point your domain to our servers, or
Transfer the domain to our registrar (optional)

Either option keeps ownership fully in your name.
Can I move my domain away from Barketing Unleashed later?
Yes. You are free to transfer your domain to another registrar or provider at any time. If hosting is terminated, domain transfers are the responsibility of the client or their new developer unless migration services are contracted separately.

What is your coaching program like?
Coaching is a three-month, 1:1 experience designed to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to your business. We walk through your systems, marketing, messaging, and strategy together so you understand how everything works and why.
How many coaching spots are available?
Coaching is intentionally limited to six clients per month to ensure high-touch support and meaningful progress.
What kind of result can I expect?
Results look different for every business, but clients commonly experience increased clarity, better inquiries, stronger messaging, improved systems, and a business that feels more sustainable and less overwhelming.
