Ara is the Founder of Barketing Unleashed. She’s also a highly sought-after business and website strategist. Having experience as the founder of breeding program dedicated to raising therapy, service and ESA dogs, Ara understands the challenges of running a successful dog business.

Nelly: The Strategic Dynamo

Nelly is a powerhouse of strategic insight and expertise. With a storied career as a bilingual consultant, she has led transformative initiatives across diverse sectors, including media, retail, healthcare, and government.

Nelly combines her extensive knowledge in business transformation and audit compliance with a passion for human capital development. Outside the office, she is a proud mom, wife, and a dedicated Shih Tzu breeder, embodying commitment and care in every aspect of her life.

Amy: The Program Maven

Amy brings a rare blend of experience, precision, and heart. With over 20 years as a Special Education teacher and Autism Specialist, plus certifications in dog obedience and service-dog training, she understands both structure and behavior at a deep level.

She’s a longtime breeder, a multi-business owner, and the person who knows exactly what it takes to run a program with excellence.
